摘    要:将Yong分析引入煤炭地下气化过程分析当中,建立了煤炭地下气化过程Yong分析模型,研究了煤炭地下气化系统的物料及能量转移规律,分析了唐山刘庄煤矿地下气化过程。结果表明,其系统综合Yong效率为85.18%,外供Yong效率为65.66%,不可逆过程Yong损达到14.82%.与地面气化装置相比,地下气化炉综合Yong效率高于高炉和发生炉,低于焦炉,其Yong损主要来自于燃烧不可逆Yong损和传热不可逆Yong损。

Abstract:The exergie analysis model of underground coal gasification (UCG) process was established. The mass and energy conversion of special UCG system was studied and evaluated. The evaluation of UCG process in Liuzhuang mine shows that 1) the general exergie efficiency of the UCG process is about 85.18% ;2) the outer-supply exergie efficiency is 65.66%; and 3) the irreversible exergie loss is 14.82%. Compared with the ground surface gasification, the exergie efficiency of underground gasifier is higher than that of blast furnace and ground surface gasifier but lower than that of coke oven. The exergie loss mainly comes from the irreversible losses of both combustion and heat transfer.
