| 摘 要： | 休闲对人的全面发展与社会和谐进步起着越来越大的作用。本文研究北京市民的休闲方式,认为市民对如何科学用“闲”缺乏足够的了解,休闲质量不高,弱势群体还没有真正意义的休闲,并就如何提高市民的休闲质量提出了建议。

| Abstract: | the paper studied the style of vacation and leisure residents of Beijing, taking that they are short of knowledge about using leisure, of high quality, and there are no real vacation and leisure for weak persons in society. The paper also gives suggestions to enhancing the quality of city residents vacation and leisure. |
