| 摘 要： | 针对国际工程项目的工期进展控制和成本费用控制,简述了国际工程项目控制的共有特点、目的、作用和现行的控制标准;从工程项目控制工作的基础准备、资源估算、目标计划编制、进度及成本计量、分析与报告、变更管理6个阶段重点介绍了控制工作的13种方法和工程项目控制中的8套程序文件。通过实施国际工程项目控制,可为项目决策提供科学可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Aimed at time period control and cost control of international project, the common features, purpose, function and active control standards of international project are summarized in this paper. Thirteen controlling methods in six phases of fundamental preparation, resource estimation, objective planning, schedule, cost computation, analysis report and alternation management are emphasized. Eight sets of control procedure files are introduced. |
