摘    要:从水安全保障、水资源保护、水污染防治、水环境治理、水生态修复、水文化建设、水工程管护、水制度创新等8个方面选取30个指标,构建了生态河道建设评价指标体系,利用云模型对江苏省宿迁市生态河道建设进行评价。结果表明:云模型对宿迁市生态河道建设综合评价值为89.52,说明其生态河道建设处于良好水平;水资源保护子体系综合评价值最低,处于中等水平,其余一级指标子体系综合评价值处于良好水平,验证了云模型评价方法在生态河道建设评价中的有效性和适用性。

Abstract:With 30 indices selected from eight aspects, including water safety guarantee, water resources protection, water pollution prevention and control, water environment treatment, water ecological restoration, water culture construction, water engineering management and protection, and water system innovation, an ecological river construction evaluation index system was established. A cloud model was constructed to evaluate ecological river construction in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. Results show that the cloud model evaluation value of the ecological river construction is 89. 52, indicating that the ecological river construction is in good condition; the water resource protection subsystem has the lowest evaluation value, being at a medium level, while the evaluation values of the rest subsystems of primary indices are at relatively high levels, verifying the effectiveness and applicability of the cloud model in ecological river construction evaluation.
