碳纤维含量对银-二硫化钼-石墨复合材料强度的影响

摘    要:用粉末冶金法制备了碳纤维含量不同的碳纤维 /银 -二硫化钼 -石墨复合材料 ,测量它们的硬度和抗弯强度 ,并用扫描电镜观察分析了它们的显微组织和断口形貌。结果表明 :加入镀铜短碳纤维对基体起到了增强作用 ,并且随碳纤维含量的增加 ,碳纤维 /银 -二硫化钼 -石墨复合材料硬度和抗弯强度明显提高。

Abstract:Carbon fiber/silver-MoS 2-graphite composites have been made by the powder metallurgy. The hardness and transverse strength of the composites were tested,and their microstructure and fracture surface were observed and analyzed under the scanning electron microscope. The results show that the silver-MoS 2-graphite composite is reinforced when adding copper-coated short carbon fiber, and that the hardness and transverse strength of the carbon fiber/silver-MoS 2-graphite composites are remarkably increased with the increase of carbon fiber content.
