奥氏体钢盐雾腐蚀研究

摘    要:本文采用盐雾腐蚀方法评价奥氏体钢的抗盐雾腐蚀性能,利用金相、XRD对材料的组织进行了分析,对该材料在盐雾环境中的腐蚀形态进行了观测,结果表明该材料在盐雾环境中的腐蚀形态以点蚀为主,并提出在盐雾环境中使用该材料的热处理方法,以提高该材料的耐盐雾腐蚀性能.

Abstract:This paper assessed the resistance of austenitic steels to neutral salt spray.The microstructure of austenitic steel sample and the corrosion mechanism in salt fog conditions were investigated by XRD and metallographic experiment.The results show that the pit corrosion is the major corrosion morphology for austenitic steels in salt fog conditions.And the optimist heat treatment method is proposed to improve the salt spray resistance of austenitic steels.
