振动筛筛分效率的研究

摘    要:在工程实际应用中,最常用的筛分机械就是振动筛,对于如何提高振动筛的筛分效率一直以来都是一个重要的研究课题。而筛分过程是一个非常复杂的随机过程,由于物理实验发展水平的限制,近年来对筛分效率的研究主要是采用离散元和虚拟样机技术来模拟和分析筛分过程。目前的研究表明,除了筛分参数对筛分效率有影响外,颗粒群的几何参数、筛孔形状对筛分效率也有影响。

Abstract:In the practical engineering application, the most commonly used screening machine is vibrating screen, is an important research topic for how to improve screening efficiency of vibrating screen has been. The screening process is a very complicated stochastic process, as the level of development of physical experimental limitations, recent studies on screening efficiency is mainly analysis and screening process is simulated by the discrete element method and virtual prototyping technology. The present study shows that, in addition to the screening parameters which have influence on the screening efficiency, geometric parameters, the mesh shape particles also have effect on the efficiency of screening.
