| 摘 要： | 从优生角度出发,为了减少病残儿发生,不仅要抓好遗传工作,而且应重视新生儿窒息抢救和预防工作。为此我们1992年在全省内举办新生儿窒息复苏技术提高培训班。文章介绍了培训方法和内容。为了了解培训效果,随机抽样10个单位,对培训前、后窒息发生率及其死亡率等进行对比观察。发现窒息率下降占1/3单位,下降幅度为1.7～13％,窒息死亡率下降占8/9单位下降幅度为1.19～7.2％,效果明显。文章讨论了今后各单位如能认真贯彻复苏成功5原则,将会使窒息方面工作有一个深刻的改观。

| Abstract: | In this paper we introduce the training methods and content. To understande training effect we randomly sample 10 nites,do comparative sutvey of morbidity and mortality befor/after asphyxia. Results show that the reducing unites of asph.vxial morbidity of mortality constituted 1/3 or 8/9, the ranges of redduction are 1. 7-13% or 1. 19-7. 2%. If u-nites can complete the 5 items of successfull resuciation, we can improve the situation of as-phyxial cesusciation in greatrange. |
