| 摘 要： | 测量引产胎儿105例(胎龄3—9月),平均体重为802±537g,平均身长320±73mm;胸腺平均重量为3.02±3.35g,纵径31±12mm,横径22±10mm;经统计学处理胸腺与胎儿体重呈正相关关系,并随胎龄的增长而增加。文中还对胸腺的形态及位置,胸腺血管及其不同胎龄胸腺的微细结构作了初步观察。

| Abstract: | The induced abortion fetuses are measured in 105 cases, fetal21age being 3-9 months. The mean body weight and the mean length are 802+537 g and 320+73mm, respectively. The mean weight of the fetal thymus is 3.02+3.35 g, and the mean longitudinal diameter and the transverse diameter of the thymus are 31 + 12 mm and 22+10 mm respectively. The weight of the fetal thymus is positively correlated with the body weight, and is increased with the growth of the fetal month. The morphology, the location, the vessels of the fetal thymus and the histology of the fetal thymus in different months can be observed preliminarily. |
