| 摘 要： | 聚丙烯生产中,聚合反应受原料丙烯中杂质、氢气浓度、催化剂活性等因素影响。介绍了延安炼油厂10万t/a聚丙烯装置在生产出现异常情况下,通过分析各影响因素,排查可疑环节,优化相关操作最终解决了装置生产难题,聚合反应逐渐恢复好转,生产渐趋平稳。

| Abstract: | In polypropylene production,polyreaction is influenced by factors such as impurity in raw material,hydrogen concentration,catalyst activity and so on.In the paper,unusual cases during production of 100kt/a polypropylene unit in Yan＇an oil refinary were introduced.Through analyzing influence factors,the relation operations were optimized to solve problems in polypropylene production. |
