| 摘 要： | 双歧杆菌碳源分解代谢途径与其他乳酸菌不同,其产生的代谢产物也不同。利用气相色谱法测定发酵豆奶和其它微生态制剂中的有机酸,从而可以鉴定所用发酵菌种,建立菌种的指纹图谱(色谱图)和快速特异的鉴定方法。

| Abstract: | Metabolites of Bifidobacterium are different from those of the other lactic acid bacterium due to their different metabolic pathways. Organic acids derived from fermented soybean milk and other microecological products are measured by gas chromatography to thereafter identify Bifidobacterium strain. Therefore fingerprint chromatogram - a fast and specific method of identifying strain is established . |
