湖南"双师型"教师队伍建设的问题与对策

摘    要:制度建设不完善,来源渠道单一,竞争激励机制与培训机制不健全是当前湖南省职业院校“双师型”教师建设的主要问题。建议制定“双师型”师资建设整体规划,构建相关资格认证体系,并从编制政策、来源渠道、培训体系、评审标准等角度进一步完善“双师型”教师培训保障体系。

Abstract:Nowadays,the main problems existed in the construction of "dual-qualification" teachers in vocational schools in Hu'nan province are: unperfect system construction,singleness of origin approach,drastic competition mechanism and unoptimal training mechanism.Suggestions to solve these problems are: constituting whole planning for the construction of "dual-qualification" teaching staff,building relative identification system,and progressively optimizing the guarantee system for training "dual-qualification" teachers from the perspective of post policy,origin approach,training system and evaluation standard.
