摘    要:利用正交试验优化了湿法球磨制备超细膨润土粉体的工艺条件,对所制得的膨润土超细粉体进行了粒度、傅里叶红外光谱(FI-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热性能(DSC-TG)实验分析。结果表明:最佳球磨试验条件为磨球堆密度70%、球磨时间7 h、浆料质量分数20%;球磨后膨润土粉体的最可几粒径为250 nm左右,且粒径分布范围较窄,层间距由原来的2.07 nm扩大到2.25 nm;球磨使膨润土晶格结构略有畸变,但仍能保持较好的结构特性。对超细膨润土润滑脂的锥入度进行研究后发现,粒度较小、均匀性好的超细膨润土粉体具有优良的稠化能力。

PREPARATION OF ULTRAFINE POWDER BENTONITE AS THICKENING AGENT BY WET BALL-MILLING
Abstract:The orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the wet ball milling process conditions for ultrafine bentonite powder preparation. The analyses of particle size, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FI-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermal properties (DSC-TG) were performed for the prepared ultrafine powder. The results show that the particle sizes of bentonite powder prepared is among 200 to 500 nm and the interlayer spacing is expanded from 2.07nm to 2.25 nm under the best wet ball-milling conditions: milling ball bulk density of 70%, milling time of 7 h, slurry concentration of 20%. The bentonite lattice structure still maintains a good character though slight distortion occurs. The penetration test of ultrafine bentonite grease indicates that the ultrafine powder with smaller particle size and good uniformity has excellent thickening ability.
