| 摘 要： | 针对现代医学教育对高素质人才培养的要求,改变以教研室管理实验室的传统方式,有机整合原有教学资源形成了一批新的医学实验室,新增了部分课程,完善新形成实验室的良性管理运行机制,为完善教学保障、拓展实验内容、提高教学效果提供了有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | In view of the requirements of modern medical education for training highly qualified talents,we have reformed the laboratory management system and set up several instructional experiment centers by integrating the existing teaching resources.At the same time,we added some new courses and set up a sound management operation system,which has provided support for teaching,enriched experiment contents,and improved the results of teaching. |
