我国中小企业融资难的原因及相关政策建议

中小企业已成为推动经济发展的重要力。但是由于中小企业融资服务体系不完善;商业银行的趋利性需要规模经济,不愿意对中小企业融资;中小企业信息不透明,诚信度不易评价;中小企业信用担保体系不完善等外部及自身的原因,导致了中小企业融资难。建议采取加强政府机构对中小企业的管理和扶持,并使之常态化;从金融改革入手,让民营资金进来,成立专门的中小企业信用合作社;加强品牌建设,实施中小企业信用联保贷款制度,提高中小企业信用度;发展中小企业贷款违约社会保险业务,增大商业银行贷款的积极性等政策,来解决我国中小企业融资难问题。

On Cause and Policy Suggestion of Medium-small Enterprise Financing Dilemma of China

The medium-small enterprise has become an important role to promote economic development.But due to the medium-small enterprise imperfect financing service system,the commercial bank is not willing to finance the medium-small enterprise for its profit needs to scale economy,the medium-small enterprises＇ opaque information,the difficulty integrity assessment,the imperfect credit guarantee system and their own reasons cause the financing dilemma.It is suggestion that the government should make more for the medium-small enterprise on the management and support,from the financial reform of view to utilize private funds,to set up a special of the medium-small enterprise credit cooperatives,strengthen the brand construction,implement of the medium-small enterprise credit joint guarantee loan system,improve the small and medium-sized enterprise credit level,develop the medium-small enterprise loan defaults social insurance business,increase the enthusiasm of the commercial bank loans to solve the medium-small enterprise financing dilemma.
