粉煤热载体干馏热力学模型及过程参数调控

摘    要:为了优化粉煤热载体干馏过程参数,通过粉煤热载体干馏热力学模型的建立,探寻粉煤干馏的主要影响因素,采用热重分析确定粉煤的热解温度区间.研究了粉煤粒径、热载体温度、干馏温度和干馏时间对干馏产物半焦挥发分的影响.结果表明:粉煤粒径和热载体温度对产物挥发分影响甚微,干馏温度和干馏时间对产物挥发分影响显著;产品挥发分基本随着干馏时间的延长而降低,随着干馏温度的升高,产品挥发分迅速降低.
