子宫癌、卵巢癌患者应用脐血浆治疗血小板减少的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:通过对应用脐血浆治疗子宫癌、卵巢癌患者因放/化疗所致血小板减少的疗效的统计、分析、评价,为血小板减少的女性患者提供一种有效、廉价、安全的治疗方法。方法:将脐血浆按A与B、O与AB或3种或4种不同血型混合后,制备混合脐血浆,用于150例因放/化疗所致血小板减少的子宫癌、卵巢癌患者,静脉输注,每日1单位(U),连用3~4天后,检测血小板数值变化情况并统计分析其有效率。结果:总有效率为74.7%,其中显效32.7%,有效42.0%,无效率仅为25.3%,且无1例不良反应。结论:静脉输注混合脐血浆,治疗子宫癌、卵巢癌等患者因放/化疗所致血小板减少症安全、有效,且脐血来源丰富,可以将其变废为宝造福于人类。

Abstract:Objective:Through statistical analysis on the therapy of thrombocytopenia caused by radiotherapy or chemotheraphy for the patients suffering from uterus and ovary cancers to provide the patients with an effctive and less expensive therapy.Methods:Prepare mixed plasma of cord blood by A and B types, O and AB types, or 3 to 4 types, which has been given intravenously to 150 cases, one unit per day. After continuous use for 3 to 4 days, the counts of blood platelet and therapeutic efficiency of the mixed plasma were detected through statistical analysis.Results:The total efficiency was 74.7%, among which obvious efficiency was 32.7% without malreaction.Conclusion:The tharaphy is safe and effective, and there is a rich source of cord blood. Therefore, the therapy has a bright future.
