固体火箭发动机燃烧过程的图形仿真技术

摘    要:探索固体火箭发动机燃烧工作过程的图形仿真技术,将药型的几何型体结构分解为基本的宏观特征体素,并且提出了建立数学模型的思路,模型设计过程,设计数据结构的原则,进行了参数化设计的软件系统工作过程及实施结果。

Abstract:A software system has been developed by the authors for bringing graphics simulation technique intothe design process of solid propellent rocket motor.This software can perform the following functions:1.It is possible to have man-machine interaction until the best position of observation is selectedform say less than ten different positions.2.One half of the rocket motor can be sectioned off in graphics display in order to permit direct ob-servation of the process of interior burning.3.Burning surfaces at different times can be displayed simultaneously in different colors.4.The regression of burning surface can be displayed continuously in slow motion.In this system,the grain of solid propellent rocket motor can be divided into several macro-featureelements such as ellipsoidal volume,cone volume,star-shaped prism,etc.When the parametric data ofthese macro-feature elements are input,the graphics of their line element strings can be displayed on thescreen (fig.6).If the line-element strings are considered satisfactory by the designer,a 3D model can begenerated automatically by sweeping and rotating(fig.7).Also generated are the dynamic projection viewsof the grain regression (fig.9) and the dynamic 3D surface regression (fig.8).
