| 摘 要： | 举升臂是井下铲运机的主要部件之一,工作时需要承受巨大载荷,同时其上安装液压缸和传动件,对制造精度提出了较高要求.为了保证焊缝质量和控制焊接变形,针对井下铲运机举升臂组件的结构特点和实际要求,制定了合理的焊接工艺规程.基于工艺特点,设计了一套简易的焊接工装,保证了焊接质量,降低了成本,实际生产中应用表明效果良好.

| Abstract: | Jib is one of important components of underground trackless scraper with heavy duty.And hydraulic cylinders and transmission shafts will be fixed in jib .It requires the jib has high manufacture precision.In order to assure welding quality and control welding deformation,the welding procedure standard was set up in this paper after considering the pracical production requirements and the structural characteristics of jib of underground trackless seraper.A set of welding procedure equipment was designed to lower the product cost and decrease the welding difficulty according to the craft. |
