| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依达拉奉治疗老年人急性脑梗死的疗效。方法对本科2006年7月至2008年12月收治的老年人急性脑梗死60例进行分组治疗。其中治疗组30例常规治疗同时合并依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注14d，另外对照组30例采用常规治疗。结果治疗组NDS评分及NIHSS评分和临床疗效优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉治疗老年人急性脑梗死具有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of the elderly. Methods Carried on the grouping treatment of 60 cases the elderly of acute cerebral infarction from July 2006 to December 2008 . In the treatment group 30 cases on the basis of conventional therapy plus edaravone intravenous injection 14 d. In the control group 30 cases with conventional treatment. Results The NDS score and NIHSS score and clinical efficacy , the treatment group was better than the control group, difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Edaravone in the elderly of acute cerebral infarction has a good effect. |
