摘    要:提出了振动压路机压实度连续检测系统的工作原理,据此开发出了检测仪器,并通过试验结果验证了基本理论的正确,随后,分析了其信号处理的优缺点,通过对振动压路机工况的分析,提出了基波加二次谐波标定、选择加速度信号为零时的变化率标定两种方案,以此提高系统的分辨率,在此基础上,通过信息反馈,控制振动压路机两个偏心轴的相对位置,可将压实度连续检测系统发展为振动压实智能控制系统。

Abstract:The principles of the continuous detector for compaction degree are discussed. Depending on the theory, the detector to inspect degree of compaction was invented. Experiments show that the theory is correct. Advantage and disadvantage of the signal disposal of the detector are studied in the paper. The method to improve detector's precision is constructed with the help of dynamic properties of vibrating roller, including using second-harmonic and rate change of acceleration's zero point to calibrate compaction degree. Based on communication feedback, the continuous detector can be developed into brainpower control system.
