摘    要:为适应汽车仪表发展需要,研制了CAN总线全数字式汽车仪表.首先介绍了仪表要实现的主要功能,并据此设计了基于微控制器MB90425G的仪表硬件电路;然后确定了仪表CAN通信协议并进行了软件设计;继而阐述了仪表的技术特点.型式试验和批量生产后实际应用结果表明该仪表具有工作稳定可靠、仪表指示精度高、故障诊断实时和可扩展能力强等特点.

Abstract:In order to meet the development of automotive instrumentation, the CAN bus all-digital automotive instrumentation is developed. The main function of the instrument is described, the hardware circuit is designed based on MB90425G, the CAN communication protocol is confirmed and the software is designed. Furthermore, the technical characteristics of the instrument are also presented. After the type testing and mass production of practical application, the results show that the instrument has characteristics of stable and reliable, high precision measurement, real-time fault diagnosis and strong scalability.
