摘    要:基于Pro/E与ANSYS/WORKBENCH协同仿真及优化的解决方案,建立了某精密卧式加工中心立柱结构的有限元分析模型。以提高其模态频率为目标,进行了结构型式及尺寸参数的优化设计。在考虑结合面单元特性的整机模型中验证优化效果,结果表明:在降低加工中心质量的同时提高了整机结构动刚度。优化设计方法及结果为机床设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Based on Pro/E and ANSYS WORKBENCH co-simulation and optimization platform,the FEM model of the column of some precision horizontal machining center was established.To increase natural frequencies,the optimizations of the structure and dimension parameters were performed.The optimal results were validated by testing the virtual model of the whole machining center joining with surface elements.Results show that the quality of the machining center is decreased while the dynamic stiffness of the whole machine is increased.Optimization results provide an important basis for the machine tool design.
