| 摘 要： | 对有异常妊娠史的孕妇９２例，采用聚合酶链反应技术筛选出血中弓形体ＤＮＡ阳性者，进而检测其羊水中ＴＯＸ－ＤＮＡ，并辅助检测羊水γ－谷氨酰转移酶和甲胎蛋白，对胎儿弓形体先天性感染作出产前诊断，结合药物治疗或引产畸形胎儿。
