柴油机排气门漏气故障诊断的试验研究

介绍了在２１０５和２１３５柴油机上进行的排气门漏气故障的模拟试验结果，讨论了排温，排烟，油耗量和气缸盖表面振动信号对排气门漏气故障的敏感性，揭示出柴油机气缸内燃烧压力、表面振动信号与排气门漏气故障之间的内在联系，并对振动诊断的频谱分析法和时序谱分析进行了综合对比。

Study on Diesel Engine Exhaust Valve Leakage Diagnosis

The restilts obtained from the exhaust valve leakage simulation test on 2105and 2135 diesel engines are introduced in thes paper. The sensitivity of exhaust tempera-ture, fuel consumption and vibration signal on cylinder surface to exhaust valve leakage is discussed, the intemal relations between in - cylinder combustion pressure, surface vibra-tion signal and ethaust valve leakage are revealed. The Vibration diagnosis by frequency spectrum method is compared with that by seqential spectrum method.
