摘    要:在搅拌槽式反应器中,以用超重力法合成的纳米 CaCO3和 Na2SiO3为原料,用溶胶-凝胶技术制备具有核壳结构的纳米 CaCO3-SiO2·nH2O复合粒子 用 XPS、 TEM、 XRD等方法对粒子的化学组成、形貌、晶型等作了分析和表征

Abstract:Nanosized CaCO3-SiO2.nH2O core-shell particles were prepared by Sol-gel process of CaCO3 by using RPB and Na2SiO3 in agitated tank reactor. The measurement of XPS, TEM, XRD were used to characterize the chemical composition, morphology, size and superficial crystal structure of the particles. According to the difFerence of 2p orbital electron energy of Ca in XPS after being coated, it can be inferred that Si in coating layer combines to CaCO3 surface through chemical bond. The average composite particle size of was about 40nm. The crystal structure of the coating layer is in agreement with that of SiO2 .nH2O.
