| 摘 要： | 用俾士麦棕染色观察５３例胃癌间质中肥大细胞（ＭＣ）．结果表明，乳头状管状腺癌、低分化腺癌、未分比癌和粘液细胞癌各型癌周间质与远离癌之间质ＭＣ计数比较，前两型差异均有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．４型中癌周间质ＭＣ计数，乳头状管状腺癌最高，分别与后三型比较，均有高度显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．低分化腺癌高于未分化癌和粘液细胞癌，差异分别有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）和高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．此外．胃癌有转移者低于无转移者，两者比较，差异亦有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．本文对ＭＣ在胃癌病理变化中的意义作了初步探讨．

| Abstract: | Bismark brown staining method was used for observation of mast cell(MC)in 53 cases of gastric carcinoma.The results showed that there was very significant difference between around carcinoma and distant area from carcinoma both in papillary tubular adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma(P<0.01).As for MC counts of around carcinoma,papillary tubular adenocarcinoma was obviously different from each of the other three types(P<0.01).Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was more than undifferentiated carcinoma(P<0.05)or mucious cell carcinoma(P<0.01).Whereas gastric carcinoma with metastasis was less than without metastasis(P<0.01).The significence of MC in pathologic changes of the gastric carcinoma was disctissed. |
