| 摘 要： | 在液化石油气钢瓶静电喷漆生产过程中，由于油漆微粒雾化程度不高，分布不均匀，使某些部位无法吸附，出现死角，吸附的漆层由于烘干度不够，容易造成脱落，达不到应有的表面质量要求，因此对生产线进行改造，使钢瓶表面喷涂质量大大提高。

| Abstract: | Because of the inadequate atomization and uneven distribution of the paint particle,which makes some part of the surface no adsorption and dead angle appear ,and insufficient drying then causing easy shedding in the manufacture of liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder,the quality requirement is far from satisfying.Therefore,we make an improvement on the production hne, then facilitating the paint coat quality on the surface of the steel cylinder. |
