某型飞机液压油箱增压系统设计改进

摘    要:针对某型飞机油气混合式液压油箱增压系统管路及部分机载成品故障,设计了新的液压油箱增压系统。应用膜分离空气中水分原理,设计了集成化的油箱增压组件。该油箱增压组件集成了过滤空气杂质、水分离及减压三大功能。应用挤压式无扩口导管替代了扩口导管,优化了整机增压管路及相关附件。对改进前、后系统的主要性能,改进后系统与空客某型机的主要性能分别进行了分析比较。实践证明所设计的液压油箱增压系统提高了系统的维修性,降低了飞机重量以及系统的故障率。

Abstract:For a certain type of aircraft, the hydraulic reservoir pressurization system is a hybrid of hydraulic oil and gas. Aimed to solve the failure of the hydraulic reservoir pressurization system's pipeline and a part of the airborne products, a new hydraulic reservoir pressurization system is designed. By the use of membrane water separation from the air principle, a reservoir pressurization unit is developed. This reservoir pressurization unit has three functions,which are air filter, water separation and air depressurization. By the use of the extruded non-flaring tube, the whole aircraft's reservoir pressurization pipes and related accessories are optimized. The main performance of before and after the design improvement, the improved system and a certain type of Airbus’ aircraft are analyzed and compared separately. Test results show that the maintainability of the hydraulic reservoir pressurization system is improved, weight of the aircraft and failure rate of the system are reduced.
