培哚普利治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

目的观察培哚普利对原发性高血压的降压作用及副反应。方法３７例轻中度原发性高血压患者予培哚普利共８周，评价对随诊血压及２４ｈ动态血压的影响。结果治疗４周收缩压（ＳＢＰ）无明显降低（Ｐ＞０．０５），舒张压（ＤＢＰ）明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），８周ＳＢＰ、ＤＢＰ均明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），随诊血压降压有效率分别为５４．１％（４周）及６７．６％（８周），２４ｈ动态血压曲线８周时呈明显下降，除咳嗽外未发现其他严重副反应。结论培哚普利对轻中度原发性高血压是安全有效的降压药物。

Perindopril in Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Aim\ To investigate the effect of perindopril on mild moderate essential hypertension.\ Methods\ Thirty seven patients with mild moderate essential hypertension were treated with perindopril for 8 weeks.\ Blood pressure were observed by casual blood pressure(CBP) and 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure morniting(ABPM).\ Statistical comparisons between groups(before and after treatment) were performed by a paired t test.\ Results\ At 4 weeks reduction of systolic was not significant(P>0 05), while the diastolic was obviously decreased(P<0 001).\ At 8 weeks reduction of both systolic and diastolic pressure were very significant(P< 0 001).\ The total effective rate(CBP) were 54 1% and 67 6%, respectively at 4 weeks and 8 weeks.\ At 8 weeks 24 hSBP,dDBP and nDBP were significant reduced(P<0 05).\ 24 hDBP,minSBP,minDBP,maxSBP,maxDBP,dSBP and nSBP were very significant reduced as well(P<0 001).\ No severe side effects were found except cough.\ Conclusion\ Perindopril may be used as antihypertensive drug for mild moderate essential hypertension.
