摘    要:矿山的住宅业不是矿山产业的主体 ,它只是体现其服务矿山职工的物业职能。由于矿产资源的不可再生性 ,决定了矿山服务年限的有限性。因此矿产资源枯竭之日 ,必然导致矿区房产价值的大幅贬值。为降低职工物业投资风险 ,将矿山物业建设纳入周边交通便利、生活服务设施相对齐备的城市之中 ,划区建设不失为一种两全齐美的方案

Abstract:The housing is not the main body of the mine industry, it is only to serve the employees of the mine. Because of the unrenewable nature of the mineral resources, the serving period of the mines has its limit. The value of the housing in the mines will sharply depreciate when the resources is exhausted. In order to lower the risk of investing in the housing and involve the housing construction of mines into surrounding cities, which boast convenient transportation and facilities, it is a desirable plan to carry out construction in designated districts.
