| 摘 要： | 基于PLC和变频器设计的曝气鼓风机控制系统,该系统由1个MCP和4个LCP组成,MCP通过以太网控制4个LCP,每个LCP对一台曝气鼓风机进行智能控制,每个LCP采用模糊自适应PID控制,以达到安全、稳定、可靠、高效、节能的目的。整个系统采用上位机组态王进行智能监控,上位机可对整个系统进行手自动控制,同时为每个LCP配备一台西门子触摸屏,通过触摸屏可独立控制单台曝气鼓风机。

| Abstract: | Intelligent control system of aeration blower on the base of PLC and VFD,the system consists of a MCP and 4 LCPs, MCP control 4 LCPs by Industrial Ethernet.Each LCP for intelligent control of an aeration blower.In order to achieve a safe, stable,reliable,and efficient,energy-saving purpose,this paper adopt a fuzzy adaptive PID control for LCP.The entire system using the upper computer （Kingview） take intelligent monitoring,set hand-auto control from the upper computer,meanwhile, each LCP equip with Siemens touch panel in order to control single aeration blower. |
