摘    要:为了检测水阀用陶瓷片的崩角、斑点和划痕等缺陷,利用CCD作为图像获取工具,设计了一套陶瓷片计算机数字图像实时在线动态检测系统,提出了一种基于数字图像处理技术实现陶瓷片缺陷快速检测处理的新方法:首先用中值滤波和图像二值化对陶瓷片图像进行预处理,然后采用数学形态学中的腐蚀和差集运算提取陶瓷片的边界,最后对提取到的边界进行崩角、斑点和划痕等缺陷的识别,获得了陶瓷片缺陷信息.实验表明该方法与系统具有准确可靠、效率高和处理速度快等优点.

Abstract:To detect the defects, such as notches, spots and nicks, of ceramic disks of water faucets, a real-time computer digital-image dynamic detection system using CCD as the image-acquired sensor is designed. Based on the digital image processing technique, a new defects detection method for ceramic disk is proposed: Firstly, the median filtering and the image binary conversion are used to pre-process the image of the ceramic disk; Then, the erosion and set difference operations of the mathematical morphology are employed to extract the boundary of the ceramic disk; Finally, the defects information of the ceramic disk is obtained by recognizing the defects from the extracted boundary. The experimental results show that this system and method have advantages of higher reliability, higher efficiency and faster processing velocity.
