摘    要:目的:对胡椒科植物荜茇Piper longum的化学成分进行研究.方法:荜茇用95%乙醇提取,依次用石油醚、三氯甲烷、正丁醇萃取,对三氯甲烷萃取部分采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(MS,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR)进行结构鉴定.结果:从三氯甲烷萃取部分分离鉴定了13个化合物,其中6个酰胺类生物碱,3个倍半萜,4个其他类化合物.分别鉴定为:1-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1E-tetradecene(1),3-(3',4'-methylenedioxophenyl)-propenal(2),胡椒酸(piperoic acid,3),3',4,-dihydroxy-biabola-1,10-diene(4),eudesm-4(15)-ene-1β,6α-diol(5),7-epi-eudesm-4(15)-ene-1',6β-diol(6),几内亚胡椒胺(guineesine,7),胡椒碱(piperine,8),胡椒酰胺(pipericide,9),2E,4E-dienamide(10),(2E,4E,8E)-N-isobutylhenicosa-2,4,8-trienamide(11),荜茇明碱(piperlonguminine,12),胡椒酸甲酯(methyl piperate,13).结论:其中化合物1-6为首次从荜茇中分离得到.

Abstract:

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Piper longum.  Method: The whole plant of air-dried P. longum. was extracted with 95% EtOH. The EtOH extract was suspended in H2O and extracted with petroleum ether, CHCl3 and n-BuOH,successively. The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography from the CHCl3 fraction,and identified based on spectral analyses (MS,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR).  Result: Threeteen compounds were isolated from P. longum, and were characterized as 1-(3′,4′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1E-tetradecene (1), 3-(3′,4′-methylenedioxophenyl)-propenal (2), piperoic acid (3), 3′,4′-dihydroxy-biabola-1,10-diene (4), eudesm-4(15)-ene-1β, 6α-diol (5), 7-epi- eudesm-4(15)-ene-1β, 6β-diol (6), guineesine (7), piperine (8), pipericide (9), 2E, 4E-dienamide (10), (2E, 4E, 8E)-N-isobutylhenicosa-2,4,8- trienamide (11), piperlonguminine (12), methyl piperate (13),  Conclusion: Compounds 1-6 were obtained from P. longum for the first time.
