| 摘 要： | 单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)是CC类趋化因子家族中的主要成员之一,对单核细胞、巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞具有很强的趋化活性,在免疫炎症反应、动脉粥样硬化、HIV感染等一系列疾病过程中发挥重要作用。近年来其在胰腺炎的发病和疾病发展中所起的作用越来越受到重视。本文就MCP-1与胰腺炎关系的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)is a number of CC chemokines active on monocytes,macrophages and lymphocytes.It plays a crucial role in a variety of pathological conditions,such as immuno-inflammatory response,atherosclerosis,and HIV infection.In recent years some researches confirmed that it is important in the pathogenesis of pancreatitis.In this article we reviewed the investigations on relationship between MCP-1 and pancreatitis. |
