老年科住院患者院内集体转运的护理安全管理

目的:探讨综合性三级甲等医院扩建后,老年科病房的住院患者进行院内集体转运的护理措施和安全管理。方法:总结52例老年科住院患者的安全转运情况,了解针对老年患者集体安全转运的系列措施(如确立每例患者的转运方式,制定搬迁预案,合理组织实施)产生的效果。结果:仅用3 h顺利、安全地完成了52例老年患者的转运工作,无意外情况发生,保证了医疗、护理工作的连续性和准确性。结论:老年科住院患者的院内集体转运,转运前充分评估、周密部署;转运中严谨有序,严密观察;转运后妥善安置,重视老人的个性化需求是确保老年科住院患者院内安全转运的重要环节。

Nursing safety management of hospitalized patients in geriatrics department during whole transport.

Objective： Explore three level of first - class hospital after the comprehensive, older patients in hospital wards of the collective transport in the nursing measures and safety management. Methods：52 cases of old families through the summary of hospitalized patients with transport security situation,un- derstand on older patients collective security measures of transport series（ such as establishing the transport processes each patient,formulate action plan, or- ganize the implementation of move reasonable） the effect. Results： Only 3 hours smoothly and safely completed 52 cases with older patients（ including 6 cases of critical care patient） transport work, no accident happens, guarantee the medical and nursing work continuity and accuracy. Conclusion：Old families of hospitalized patients with collective in transit,transshipment before fully assess, careful deployment, transport in rigorous and orderly, dosdy obsered after transport accounted for and attention to the personalized needs of old man is to ensure that the old families in hospitalized patients with safe transport impor- tant segment.
