| 摘 要： | 采用 RP- HPL C法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷含量。固定相为 Nova- Pak C18反相柱 ;流动相为甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (4 3∶ 57∶ 0 .2 ) ;检测波长为 2 77nm。该方法的线性范围为 0 .4 2～ 4 .2 3μg(r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为95.6 % ,RSD =3.0 1% (n =6 )。

| Abstract: | The content of forsythin in Kangbingdu oral solution was determined by RP HPLC. The analysis was carried out by using Nove Pak C 18 column and methanol water phosphoric acid(43∶57∶0 2) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 277nm. The linear concentration was within the range of 0 42～4 23μg(r=0 9999), and the average recovery was 95 6%(RSD=3 01%). |
