气升式光生物反应器内外径比对球等鞭金藻生长的影响

摘    要:实验利用不同内外径比的气升式光反应器分别在 5L/min和 2L/min的充气量下研究了内外径比对球等鞭金藻生长的影响 .结果显示 ,在 2L/min充气条件下光反应器的内外径比在 0 .4、0 .6、0 .7及 0 .9等 4个水平上对球等鞭金藻的生长的影响有著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而在 5L/min充气条件下此差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两种充气条件下均以 0 .6、0 .7的内外径比为最适 ,球等鞭金藻生长最好

Abstract:In order to research the effect of ratio on the growth of microalgal,the batch culture experiments of Isochrysis galbana were carried out respectively in 5 L/min and 2 L/min aeration by using airlift photobioreactor with different diameter ratio of inner tube to outer tube. The results show that diameter ratio(0.4,0.6,0.7,0.9) affected the growth of Isochrysis galbana significantly in 2 L/min aeration, while insignificant effects in 5 L/min aeration ,The ration in 0.6,0.7 is most suitable for the growth of Isochrysis galbana.
