摘    要:目的观察外耳道加压给药治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效.方法共观察52例(76耳).治疗组在鼓膜穿刺抽液后行外耳道、鼓室加压给药 激光等治疗;对照组仅行鼓膜穿刺抽液、激光照射等治疗.结果外耳道、鼓室加压给药组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义,总有效率86.8%.结论外耳道、鼓室加压给药可提高分泌性中耳炎的疗效.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of tympanic drug-applying procedure with higher pressure combined with general therapies on secretary otitis media (SOM). Methods 52 cases(76 ears) with SOM were included in this study. Among these cases,those in treating group were treated with tympanic drug-applying procedure under higher pressure combined with laser therapy and routine treatment, following puncture and aspiration of tympanum,while those in controlling group were given the same therapies other than tympanic drug-applying procedure under higher pressure. Results The therapeutic effects was significantly superior in treating group to that in controlling one, with a total effective rate of 86. 8%. Conclusion The therapy of tympanic drug-applying procedure under higher pressure is capable of improving the therapeutic effects of the routine therapies on SOM, when used together with them.
