| 摘 要： | 目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者的白细胞抗原(HLA-DR)基因频率分布情况。方法利用基因芯片技术检测16例OSAS患者(OSAS组)和健康人7例(对照组),确定HLA-DR位点的基因亚型;同时比较两组患者的年龄、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数和体重指数。结果OSAS组患者的HLA-DRB3基因频率为41%,明显高于正常对照组(P=0.02),OSAS组患者呼吸暂停低通气指数和体重指数大于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论HLA-DRB3基因可能在OSAS发病中起某种作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the characteristic of the genetic frequency distribution of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DR antigen in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods Genetic frequencies of HLA-DR were detected by gene chip technology in 16 patients with OSAS and 7 healthy subjects,and the age,apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and body mass index (BMI) were determinated in them.Results The frequency of HLA-DRB3 in patients with OSAS was found to be significantly higher than that in healthy subjects (P=0.02),AHI and mean BMI in patients with OSAS was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion HLA-DRB3 may play a role in the pathogenesis of OSAS. |
