我国大学农业科技推广模式的框架体系设计

近年，引导和鼓励高等院校成为公益性农业科技推广的重要力量是我国农业、农村政策的焦点。立足于我国目前的政府农业科技推广模式及运行的框架体系，将大学作为新的研究主体构建出一个更大而完整的系统，设计出大学农业科技推广模式运行的框架体系，充分激发各社会主体支持农业科技，进行农技推广的热情，走好以农业科技推广和应用的“最后一公里”，实现农业发展和农村经济、社会的全面进步。

Designs on Frameworks and System of Chinese Agricultural Extension Patterns in Science and Technology of Higher Education

Guiding and encouraging institutions of higher learning to become the main forces of public welfare agricultural science promotion is the focus of our agricultural and rural policies in 2013. It is based on current government promotion model of agricultural science and operating frame system,constructs a more complete system with institutions of higher education as a new research subject, then designs a new type of agricultural promotion model in institutions of higher education and discusses its frame system. In order to mobilize the main social subjects to support agricultural science and technology, and to stimulate the enthusiasm of agricultural science promotion, getting along with the ＂last one kilometer＂ road, the core contents of which are agricultural promotion and application. Final- ly to realize agricultural development and comprehensive rural economic and social progress.
