水泥净浆性能影响因素研究

为了研究水灰比、膨胀剂、减水剂、硅藻土对半柔性路面用灌浆料的性能影响,本文采用近似正交方法对水泥净浆进行试验研究。结果表明：水灰比在净浆流动性能、强度、干缩性能指标中都是主要影响因素;硅藻土主要影响净浆保水性能;膨胀剂主要影响净浆干缩量;水泥净浆最佳配合比：水灰比：0.55,膨胀剂含量：10%,减水剂含量：1.5%,硅藻土含量：4%。

Research Of The Influencing Factors on The Properties Of Cement Paste

In order to study the impact of water cement ratio,expansive agent,water reducing agent and diatomite on the performance of grout used to Semi-flexible pavement,in this paper,a method of substantially orthogonal is used for experimental study of cement paste.The results showed that： water cement ratio is one of the main factors in the grout flow performance,strength,shrinkage performance indicators; diatomite mainly affects the paste water retention properties; expansive agent mainly affects the paste dry shrinkage properties; the best mixture ratio of cement paste is： water cement ratio of 0. 55,expansion agent content of 10%,water reducing agent content of 1. 5%and diatomite content of 4% 。
