大学生非婚性行为及其影响因素分析

目的 了解大学生非婚性行为的发生情况及影响因素,为制定干预措施提供参考.方法 通过网络聊天群随机抽取426名在校大学生,采用自编问卷对大学生非婚性行为发生情况及相关可能影响因素进行匿名调查.结果 大学生非婚性行为的发生率为27.5％,其中男生为28.6％,女生为26.2％,差异无统计学意义(x2=0.310,P=0.578).大学生非婚性行为发生率在不同性生理成熟年龄、认识性行为途径、朋辈状况上的差异均有统计学意义(x2值分别为7.005,9.318,68.380,P值均＜0.05),在不同家庭结构、家庭教养方式和学校类型上的差异均无统计学意义(x2值分别为0.378,0.963,2.745,P值均＞0.05).结论 性生理成熟年龄、认识性行为途径及朋辈中发生非婚性行为的比例对大学生非婚性行为的发生率有显著影响.大学生性教育应从家庭、学校和全社会多个层面进行.

Unmarried sexual behavior and the influencing factors among college students

Objective To investigate the status of college students’ unmarried sexual behavior,so as to provide reference for counter measure.Methods A total of 426 college students from a random selection of network chat groups accepted an anonymous survey.Results About 27.5% of the students had unmarried sexual behavior,28.6% for males and 26.2% for females(χ2=0.310,P=0.578).There were significant differences of the percentage among the students with different sexual maturity stage(χ2=7.005,P=0.030)or way of knowing sexual behavior(χ2=9.318,P=0.025) or peer friends’ influence(χ2=68.380,P<0.01),and no significant differences among the students with different family structure(χ2=0.378,P=0.828)or parenting style(χ2=0.963,P=0.618) or from different schools(χ2=2.745,P=0.254).Conclusion The condition of sexual maturity,the way of knowing sexual behavior and peer friends’ influence are the influential factors of students’ unmarried sexual behavior.
