针灸择期治疗周围性面瘫68例临床观察与探讨

目的：探讨周围性面瘫患者采取针灸择期治疗的临床效果及研究现状。方法：将我院2011年1月-2013年1月接待的136例周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，随机均分为研究组与对照组，对照组给予西药及激素治疗，研究组则采用针灸择期治疗。对两组患者治疗效果进行总结及对比分析，并对研究现状及评价进行探讨。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为95．59％（65／68），对照组治疗总有效率为85．29％（58／68），两纽患者治疗总有效率差异性显著（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：对于周围性面瘫患者而言，采用针灸择期治疗效果比较明显，并且属于一种可靠与安全的治疗方法，值得临床推广及应用。

Clinical observation and discussion on treating 68 cases of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and research status of acupuncture on treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 136 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 as the research object, randomly divided into study group and control group, the control group were given modem medicine and hormone therapy, the study group given acupuncture treatment. Efficacy of two groups of patients were analyzed and compared, and the current situation and evaluation of study were investigated. Results： The total efficiency of the study group was 95.59% （65/68）, was 85.29% in the control group （58/68）, two groups of patients the total efficiency of a significant difference （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： For patients with peripheral facial paralysis, the effect of acupuncture is more obvious on treating peripheral facial paralysis, and belongs to a kind of reliable and safe treatment method, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
