| 摘 要： | 韩非是我国古代法家思想的代表,由于他的强国思想不能得到韩王重用,因此精力用于对政治的研究,他的权术理论贯穿于他的政治思想的始终,君本思想与对术的偏爱便构成韩非学说的基本内容。本文从韩非的人性观入手对其权术思想作以探讨。

| Abstract: | Han Fei is one of the famous thinkes in ancient China. His ideas of building his homeland into a powefcl slate couldn' t be executed by King of Han,sohe switched to the study of politics. His political theory was shewn in his political thoughts. His ideas of being loyal to sovereing and partiality for poltics are the foumdation of his thoughts. The author explores Han Fei's view of human nature. |
