建筑类高职院校辅导员队伍建设浅析

高校学生辅导员队伍是高校教师队伍的组成部分,是促进学生健康成才和维护学校与社会改革、发展和稳定的重要力量。目前我国高职院校绝大部分是在中等职业学校的基础上升格而成,管理机制、办学经验、师资力量、思想政治工作等方面相对薄弱,普遍缺乏一支从事学生思想教育的高素质辅导员队伍,影响了高职院校学生思想教育的质量与水平。本文通过对新时期高职院校辅导员队伍建设的现状和问题的分析,对辅导员队伍建设提出了自己的看法及解决对策。

A brief analysis on the construction of vocational college counselors

The counselors for college students are part of teachers in Colleges or universities, which are important force in promoting students＇ healthy development and maintenance of reform, development and stability in the College and social.At present, China＇ s higher vocational colleges are mostly based in upgrading of the medium vocational schools,which managemental mechanism,teaching experience,teachers, ideological and political work are relatively weak.The general lack of one qualified counselors team which engaged in the ideological education of students,affected the quality and level of ideological education of vocational college students.Through analysis of present situation and problems of vocational college counselors in the new period,views and countermeasures were presented to the construction of counselors team.
