| 摘 要： | 利用莱阳矮樱桃顶芽为外植体,进行了组培快繁过程中激素配比研究,结果表明:外植体萌发,芽分化过程最佳激素配比为BA0.3mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L,分化率达98％,状苗培养中最佳激素为IAA0.2mg/L+GA0.5mg/L,当IBA浓度为0.5mg/L时诱导生根效果最好,生根率为99％。

| Abstract: | Using buds of Laiyang cherry as explants, the hormonal formulas of micropropagation has been studied. The results show that the best suitable hormonal formulas of explants during germination and differentiation of buds are IAA0.2mg/l+BA0.3mg/L. Differential ratio of buds came up to 98%. And the best suitable hormonal formulas was IAA0.2mg/l+GA0.5mg/l in strong sprout culture. When concentration of IBA was 0.5mg/l, the effects on inducing root was best notable. Rooting ratio of shoots was 99%. |
