阿托伐他汀钙对血脂正常高血压患者的降压作用

目的：探讨阿托伐他汀对血脂正常高血压患者的影响.方法：100例血脂正常但伴有颈动脉硬化并斑块形成的高血压患者,被随机分为常规治疗组（50例,采用钙离子拮抗剂及血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂常规治疗）,阿托伐他汀组（50例,在常规治疗的基础上加阿托伐他汀治疗）.观察两组治疗前后血压、血脂的变化.结果：治疗后,与常规治疗组比较,阿托伐他汀组血压（136.4±13.4/88.3±5.5） mmHg比（125.3±12.2/81.5±4.6） mm-Hg]、血脂总胆固醇：（4.6±0.1）mmol/L比（3.5±0.4）mmol/L,甘油三酯：（1.3±0.12） mmol/L比（1.0±0.14） mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇：（2.7±0.2）mmol/L比（2.0±0.1）mmol/L]水平均显著下降,P均＜0.01.结论：阿托伐他汀除了降脂,还有降压作用.

Lower blood pressure effect of atorvastatin calcium in patients with hypertension and normal blood lipid

Objective：To explore influence of atorvastatin on patients with hypertension and normal blood lipid concentration.Methods：A total of 100 cases with hypertension,normal blood lipid concentration complicated carotid atherosclerosis and plaque formation were randomly divided into routine treatment group （n =50,received routine treatment with calcium channel blocker and angiotensin receptor blocker） and atorvastatin group （n =50,received atorvastatin based on routine treatment） according to table method.Changes of blood pressure and blood lipids were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results：Compared with routine treatment group after treatment,there were significant decrease in blood pressure （136.4 ± 13.4/88.3± 5.5） mmHg vs.（125.3 ± 12.2/81.5 ± 4.6） mmHg] and blood lipids total cholesterol：（4.6 ± 0.1） mmol/L vs.（3.5 ± 0.4） mmol/L,triglyceride：（1.3 ± 0.12） mmol/L vs.（1.0 ± 0.14） mmol/L,low density lipoprotein cholesterol：（2.7 ± 0.2） mmol/L vs.（2.0 ±0.1） mmol/L] in atrovastatin group,P〈0.01 all.Conclusion：Atorvastatin can lower blood pressure besides lowering blood lipid.
