摘    要:以丙烯酰胺、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系,在低温条件下通过水溶液聚合合成了新型聚季铵型阳离子黏土稳定剂CNW-1。室内评价了CNW-1的性能并对其作用机理进行了深入的研究,结果表明:CNW-1与酸液及地层水配伍性好,防膨性能好,膨胀仪法和离心法测得1%的CNW-1溶液防膨率均大于90%,具有耐冲刷、抗温和长效的优点。在胜利纯梁油田现场应用19井次的结果表明,CNW-1作为稳定剂处理油水井,有效率为100%,有效期超过200 d,取得了良好的增产增注效果。

Abstract:A new polyquarternary ammonium clay stabilizer,CNW1,was synthesized at low temperature using acrylamide(AM) and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) as starting materials in a redox system through solution polymerization.Lab researches were done to evaluate the performance of CNW-1 and its working mechanism.It was shown that CNW-1 has good compatibility with acid and formation water,and is also a good clay inhibitor.CNW-1 can be used at high temperatures and has a long effect on mud properties.The application of CNW-1 in 19 wells in Chunliang oilfield and Shengli oilfield showed that the treatment of oil well water with CNW-1 was 100% satisfactory and the performance time was more than 200 d.
