摘    要:本文分析了中点钳位(NPC)式三电平逆变器的工作原理,介绍了三电平逆变器基于d-q坐标系的控制算法。为解决在电压源型逆变器中的中点电位不平衡问题,提出了基于控制因子m的滞环比较法和基于控制因子ms0的准确计算法的控制策略,并采用Matlab的Simulink软件进行了系统仿真。仿真结果表明,该两种方法对于解决中点电位的平衡都有一定的效果。

Abstract:This paper analyses the working principle of NPC three-level inverter, introduces its control algorithm based on d-q coordinate. To solve the unbalanced problem due to the neutral point potentials in voltage-source inverter, this paper presents the method of control factor m based hysteretic loop comparison and the control strategy of accurate calculation based on control factor ms0. We use Simulink tool of Matlab to simulating the system, the results show that both strategies have effect for solving the unbalanced problem of neutral point potentials.
